  • Customer Data: Customer, subscription, and invoice metadata imported from your systems (e.g., Stripe). This includes customer IDs, subscription statuses, plan names, MRR, and invoice history.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use ChurnBurner, including pipeline runs, API calls, and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide churn prediction and intervention simulation services.
  • To generate risk scores, evaluation metrics, and reports.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Customer data is stored in isolated environments per tenant. We do not store payment card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial credentials.

ChurnBurner integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment data integration (with your explicit authorization).
  • Clerk: Authentication and user management.
  • Vercel: Website hosting.
